The 3rd Guzhen International Lighting Festival Kicked off Sunday Night

In the lighting capital of China, the 3^rd Guzhen International Lighting Festival Kicked off Sunday night, a few days following the 20^th Guzhen Lighting Fair held in Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Zhongshan, China.

The 3^rd Guzhen Lighting Festival lasts from the 5^th to the 11^th November. On the first day of the China lighting festival, it has attracted 386,000 visitors, an increase of 27.8% while compared with 2016.

Major attractions of the 3^rd Guzhen Lighting Festival

1. 3D Musical Fountain

The 3D music fountain pairing with water curtain movie is one of the best known attractions set in the lake of Wetland Park.

2. Lighting fairies

The lighting fairies flowing in the sky of People’s Square that spans about 20000 square meters are something you can’t miss. It’s also the best spot for taking selfies.

3. Moonlight over the lotus pond

Set in the center of the lotus pond in Wetland Park, a girl danced gently to the moon that was rising from the water, resembling a traditional Chinese ink-wash painting.

Lots of cute lighting cartons were also available, and firecrackers, dragon performance…etc have made it a grand event to hang out with families or friends.
