How to Apply for the Canton Fair Invitation
To provide easy pass for your Chinese visa application, you can apply for invitation through following channels:
A: BEST (Buyer E-Service Tool) on Canton Fair official website: www.cantonfair.org.cn

Visa
Please go to the Embassy or Consulate General of PRC in your country with the Official Invitation of the Canton Fair to apply for the visa. The Official Invitation must list the Buyer’s Name, Nationality and Company Name, etc.
Overseas buyers are welcome to apply for China Visa IN PERSON via Canton Fair Hong Kong Customer Servicer Center. Please send your enquiry to cs@cantonfair.org.cn and make appointment in advance.
Registration
For your convenient registration, we have overseas buyers’ registration offices both in Complex and hotels in Guangzhou and nearby cities.

Tips
If you already have the IC Card Entry Badge, you can enter the Fair complex directly. If you forget to bring the Card or lose it, you can re-apply for it at the Overseas Buyers’ Registration Office with service fee of 200 RMB/Card.
